Sulaiman was a board member of the Kuwait Accountants and Auditors Associations (KAAA).

Sulaiman was a board member of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAIOFi).

Sulaiman was the chairman of Khabary Holding Company and a board member of Kuwait Aviation Services Company (KASCO).

Sulaiman worked with KPMG Kuwait, PKF Saudi Arabia, Ahli United Kuwait, and Kuwait and Middle East Financial Company.

He led many assurance and consulting projects in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia for banks, investment, real estate, insurance, brokerage, companies, Oil and Gas, petrochemicals, Manufacturing, and Trading.

Sulaiman’s areas of expertise are financial accounting and reporting, strategic planning, IFRS, IAS, assurance, budgetary control, project management, risk management, regulatory compliance, and new businessdevelopment.

Dr. Mohamed Hisham Hatahet possess the knowledge, experience, and skills to provide in-depth opinions and recommendations, and assist in transferring best practices and knowledge in the fields of business development, finance solutions, business policies development, strategy formulation, marketing management, human resources capacity building, and organizational development.

Besides his academic qualification, he has 40 years of accumulated and extensive professional experience and practice in the financial sector.

He played key management roles, such as Independent Board Member, Consultant for business development, Consultant for turnaround business in banks, head of product development teams, business strategist and planner, head of training & development, Analyst of organizational performance and organizational development, head of the Marketing function, manager of Policy & Procedure Management, project manager, expert for Sharia’a governance, and Internal Sharia’a auditor.

He was member in Research Committee and Training & Development Committee in Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies (KIBS) in the period from 2016 to 2021.

He composed three Books about “Products’ Development in Islamic Banking”, “Application of Agency Contract in Islamic Banking” and “Creating Competitive Advantages in Islamic Banks”.

He has several published columns in Al-Qabas Newspaper, and a series of videos about financial services on E-Tatwir self-learning platform (https://etatwir.com).

He is Assistant Professor At Canadian College of Kuwait since Fall 2023 semester, lecturing in Financial Management, Sales Management and Marketing Channels Management.

He has serviced many clients in both governmental and private sectors in Banking, Financial services and Investment, Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, Waste Management, Power, Mining, Oil and Gas, petrochemical, Media, Medical, Manufacturing, Trading, Educational, and Agriculture.

Khaled has led the growth strategy and initiatives for different service lines, successfully increased the portfolio share in the market, and achieved growth percentages.
He is leading the relationship with the clients and managing the engagements in a professional manner.

He has led many assurance, consulting, and tax engagements for various clients in Oman and Kuwait.

Khaled has developed enterprise risk management framework, risk registers, risk appetite and risk tolerances statements, and risk reporting for various clients in Kuwait and Oman.

He understands the needs of the clients and applies his expertise and skills to provide useful advisory services to the clients by helping identify and evaluate risks.
